Golden City: Merge Kingdom

A Legendary City Is Waiting
Under the Dust

Merge bricks, gems and golden statues on the board, watch buildings rise from the rubble, and bring an ancient golden city back to life — one tile at a time.

How It Works

Three Tiles. One Kingdom.

The rules take about ten seconds to learn. The city takes a little longer — and that's the fun part.

  • Merge

    Golden City: Merge Kingdom

Drag matching items together on the grid. Three clay bricks become a stone block. Three stone blocks become a marble slab. Keep going and you'll be holding materials fit for a palace.

  • Build

    Golden City: Merge Kingdom

Deliver your merged resources to construction sites around the map. Each finished building clears away ruins, opens new paths, and adds a little more gold to the skyline.

  • Restore

    Golden City: Merge Kingdom

Complete a district and watch it come alive — market stalls open, fountains start running, lanterns light up at dusk. Then a new district appears on the horizon, and the board gets a fresh set of puzzles.

No move limits. No forced waiting. If you want to sit and merge for an hour, the game will happily let you.

Why Players Stay

Built for People Who Want to Relax, Not Grind

  • Genuinely relaxing gameplay

Soft music, warm colors, and puzzles that reward patience instead of punishing mistakes. There's no losing screen in Golden City. If a merge doesn't work out, you just try another one.

  • No gambling, no loot boxes

Every reward in the game is earned through play, and you always know what you're working toward. Parents can hand the game to kids without worrying about hidden casino mechanics.

  • Full offline play

No signal in the countryside? On a plane? The whole city travels with you. Progress syncs when you're back online, but nothing is locked behind a connection.

  • Decoration that actually matters

The city isn't just a backdrop. You choose where gardens go, which statues stand in the plaza, and what color the rooftops take. Two players' golden cities never look the same.

Daily Challenges and Districts

Something New Waits at the City Gates Every Morning

  • Daily Building Challenges:

Each day, the city architect posts a fresh task on the notice board — restore a broken aqueduct, merge a rare golden statue, or finish a bakery before sundown (in game time, not yours). Complete the challenge and earn decoration pieces, rare tiles, and blueprint fragments you won't find anywhere else.

  • Golden City: Merge Kingdom
  • Districts to Unlock:

    - The Old Market — where your journey begins, among fallen stalls and buried coins.
    - The Artisan Quarter — home of the gem-cutters, with the game's trickiest merge chains.
    - The Marble Gardens — a slower, decorative district built around fountains and hedges.
    - The Golden Palace — the heart of the city, and the longest restoration project in the game.

New districts open as the city grows, and each one introduces a new resource family to merge. By the time you reach the palace, you'll be combining materials you've never seen in the early game.
